Pesto Pasta Salad

Ingredients
  Pasta 12 Ounce (375 Grams, Of Your Choice)
  Cherry tomatoes 8 Ounce (250 Grams)
  Snow peas 4 Ounce (125 Grams, Mangetout)
  Sprouts/Watercress 1⁄2 Ounce
  Green pepper 1 , chopped
  Pine nuts 2 Tablespoon
For pesto dressing
  Fresh basil 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Pine nuts 3 Tablespoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Mayonnaise 4 Fluid Ounce (1/2 Cup Or 125 Milliliter)
  Water 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. For the pasta: Follow the instructions on the package and cook pasta in boiling water in a large saucepan. Drain, rinse under cold running water and set aside to cool completely.
2. Place pasta, tomatoes, snow pea (mangetout) sprouts or watercress and green pepper in a salad bowl and toss to combine.
3. To make dressing, place basil leaves, 3 tablespoons pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, garlic, mayonnaise and water in a food processor or blender and process until smooth. Spoon dressing over salad and sprinkle with remaining pine nuts.
