Baked Salmon With Italian Seasoning
|Crushed black pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Olive oil||3 Tablespoon|
|Lemon juice||1 1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Italian seasoning||1⁄2 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||3 Clove (15 gm)|
Mix all the ingredients of the marinade in a bowl. Add the salmon fillets and let marinate for an hour. Cover and keep in the refrigerator. Take out spread the salmon fillet along with the marinade on a sheet of aluminium. Cover well and seal all sides. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 190 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serve with rice.
