Baked Salmon With Italian Seasoning

This baked salmon seasoned with wonderful ingredients is a simply outstanding addition to your menu. This is an easy to make , quick recipe suited for when you want to catch up on some reading or just laze around and enjoy a beautiful day.
  Salmon fillets 2
  Salt To Taste
  Crushed black pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Olive oil 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Italian seasoning 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)

Mix all the ingredients of the marinade in a bowl. Add the salmon fillets and let marinate for an hour. Cover and keep in the refrigerator. Take out spread the salmon fillet along with the marinade on a sheet of aluminium. Cover well and seal all sides. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 190 degrees for 30-40 minutes. Serve with rice.
