Noodles Bolognese

Ingredients
  Noodles 3 Cup (48 tbs), cooked, drained
  Lean ground beef 1 1⁄2 Pound
  Green onions with tops 4 , chopped
  Tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Garlic salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste
  Dairy sour cream 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Small curd cottage cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Grated cheddar/Finely diced american process cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Crumble beef into 2-quart casserole.
Mix in onion.
MICROWAVE 5 MINUTES on HIGH.
Add tomato sauce, salts and pepper.
MICROWAVE 2 MINUTES on HIGH.
Combine noodles, sour cream and cottage cheese.
Layer one third noodle mixture and one third sauce in 3-quart casserole.
Repeat layers.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 12 MINUTES on '8'.
Sprinkle with cheese.
Let stand 3 minutes, or until cheese melts.
Garnish with parslev springs.
