Ingredients
  Romaine head 1
  Leaf lettuce 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Tomatoes 2 , cut into wedges
  Celery slices 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Radish slices 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced green onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned anchovies 2 Ounce, chopped (1 Can)
  Olive oil/Salad oil 3 Tablespoon
  Tarragon vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground pepper 1 Dash
  Whole basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

Tear greens in bite-size pieces in a bowl; arrange vegetables and anchovies over lettuce.
Sprinkle with remaining ingredients.
Toss lightly.
