Fettuccine With Bacon And Avocado

Ingredients
  Fettuccine 12 Ounce (375 g)
For bacon and avocadp sauce
  Bacon rashers 2 , trimmed and chopped
  Red onion 1 , sliced
  Avocados 2 , peeled, stones removed and pureed
  Cream 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
  Grated parmesan cheese 3 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Cook fettuccine in boiling water in a large saucepan . Drain and set aside to keep warm.
2. To make sauce, place bacon and onion in a frying pan and cook over a medium heat for 3-4 minutes or until onion is soft. Add pureed avocados, cream and lemon juice, and cook, stirring, over a low heat for 3-4 minutes or until heated through. Do not allow sauce to boil.
3. Add fettuccine to sauce and toss .Serve sprinkled with black pepper and Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
