Bruschetta With Tomato And Basil

Ingredients
  Ciabatta loaf 1 (sliced into 2.5 cm slices)
  Red onion 1 Large, finely chopped
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Extra virgin olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Lemon 1⁄2 , juiced
  Red chilli 1 Small, very finely chopped
  Fresh basil 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Handful)
  Tomatoes 8 Medium, deseeded and chopped
Directions

Start by toasting the ciabatta, either under a grill, in the oven or in a toaster.
In a large mixing bowl mix the onion, garlic, olive oil, lemon juice and chilli.
Now take the basil leaves, roll them up together, almost like a cigar, and slice.
Add these to the bowl, then add the chopped tomatoes.
To serve, top each ciabatta slice with some of the mix.
