Gnocchi With Herb Sauce

Ingredients
  Potato gnocchi 1 1⁄2 Pound (750 g)
For fresh herb sauce
  Roughly chopped fresh parsley 4 Tablespoon
  Roughly chopped coriander 4 Tablespoon
  Chopped basil 4 Tablespoon (roughly)
  Pine nuts 2 Tablespoon
  Grated parmesan cheese 1 Tablespoon
  Reduced fat mayonnaise 1 Tablespoon
  Vegetable stock 1 Tablespoon
  Freshly ground black pepper To Taste
Directions

1. Cook gnocchi in a large saucepan of boiling water following packet directions. Drain and keep warm.
2. To make sauce, place parsley, coriander, basil, pine nuts and parmesan cheese in a food processor or blender and process until combined. Add mayonnaise, stock and black pepper to taste and process until combined.
