Ravioli with Tomato Pesto
|Frozen cheese ravioli||4 Ounce|
|Chopped plum tomatoes||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Basil leaves||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Pine nuts||2 Teaspoon|
|Olive oil||2 Teaspoon|
|Black pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon|
1. Cook ravioli according to package directions; drain.
2. Meanwhile, combine tomatoes, basil, pine nuts, oil, salt and pepper in food processor. Process using on/off pulsing action just until ingredients are chopped. Serve over ravioli. Top with cheese.
