|Sifted dried breadcrumbs||250 Milliliter (1 Cup)|
|Butter||50 Milliliter (3 Tablespoon)|
|Olive oil||30 Milliliter (2 Tablespoon)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon (Of 1/2 Lemon)|
Brush both sides of each scaloppine with the beaten egg.
Then sprinkle thoroughly on both sides with the fine breadcrumbs mixed with salt.
Place butter in a large frying pan and melt it.
Add the olive oil.
When very hot, add the meat and fry golden brown on low heat, turning only once.
It takes from 3 to 6 minutes on each side.
Place in a warm dish, sprinkle with the lemon juice and pepper.
