Spicy Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients
  Shelled deveined shrimp 1 1⁄4 Pound (Medium Sized)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Margarine 1 1⁄3 Tablespoon, melted (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)
  Parsley sprigs 2 (Garnish)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), mashed (Large Cloves)
Directions

Preheat broiler.
In each of 4 individual flameproof casseroles arrange 5 ounces shrimp.
In small bowl combine remaining ingredients except parsley; pour 1/4 of mixture over each portion of shrimp and toss to coat.
Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat source until shrimp are golden brown, 1 to 2 minutes.
