Spicy Shrimp Scampi
|Shelled deveined shrimp||1 1⁄4 Pound (Medium Sized)|
|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|
|Margarine||1 1⁄3 Tablespoon, melted (1 Tablespoon Plus 1 Teaspoon)|
|Parsley sprigs||2 (Garnish)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), mashed (Large Cloves)|
In each of 4 individual flameproof casseroles arrange 5 ounces shrimp.
In small bowl combine remaining ingredients except parsley; pour 1/4 of mixture over each portion of shrimp and toss to coat.
Broil 3 to 4 inches from heat source until shrimp are golden brown, 1 to 2 minutes.
