Rice With Fresh Basil & Mozzarella Cheese 2

Ingredients
  Rice 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Water 1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)
  Basil leaves 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chiffonade
  Mozarella cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Butter 2 Tablespoon
Directions

MAKING
1. In a pot bring the water to boil, add in salt and rice.
2. Cover the pot and allow the rice to boil for about 15 to 20 minutes, stir occasionally until the rice is al dente.
3. Drain the rice and put in a bowl, add in the basil, and stir well to mix.
4. Add in the mozzarella and Parmesan cheese and mix well until the cheese melts.

SERVING
5. Serve hot.
