Hot Minestrone

Ingredients
  Butter 2 Ounce (60 Gram)
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), crushed
  Onions 2 Small, finely chopped
  Bacon rashers 4 , chopped
  Bacon bones 8 Ounce (250 Gram)
  Red kidney beans 4 1⁄2 Ounce (150 Gram)
  Haricot beans 3 1⁄2 Ounce, soaked overnight (100 Gram)
  Cabbage 1⁄2 Small, chopped
  Spinach 3 1⁄2 Ounce, washed and chopped (100 Gram)
  Potatoes 3 Medium, peeled and chopped
  Carrots 2 Medium, peeled and diced
  Peas/Frozen peas 4 1⁄2 Ounce, shelled (150 Gram)
  Stalk celery 1 , chopped
  Parsley 2 Tablespoon, finely chopped
  Chicken stock 2 Liter (3.5 Pint)
  Salt To Taste
  Tomato and cheese tortellini 3 1⁄2 Ounce (100 Gram)
  Pasta 2 Ounce (50 Gram)
  Parmesan cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

1. Heat butter and add garlic, onion, bacon and bones. Saute 4-5 minutes. 2. Add all other ingredients except pasta and bring to the boil. Allow to simmer covered for approximately 90 minutes.
3. Remove and discard bacon bones.
4. Stir in both pastas and cook until al dente.
