Fresh Garden Relish

Ingredients
  Cabbages 2 Medium
  Carrots 8 Large
  Onions 12 Large
  Peppers 8 (Red Or Green)
  Salt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Pint
  Sugar 6 Cup (96 tbs)
  Celery seed 1 Teaspoon
  Mustard seed 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Grind the cabbages, carrots, onions and peppers in a food chopper, then add the salt and let stand for 2 hours.
Place in a colander and drain.
Wash if mixture is too salty.
Add the vinegar, sugar, celery seed and mustard seed and stir well.
Pour into sterilized jars and seal.
