Baked Eggs in Bologna Cups
Set Power Select at HIGH.
Heat bologna in single layer between layers of paper towel 1/2 to 3/4 minute.
For each serving, line custard cups (6 oz ea.) with bologna.
Break egg into center; with toothpick, pierce egg yolk twice and egg white several times.
Top with 1 teaspoon milk; season with salt and pepper.
Set Power Select at MEDIUM.
Heat, covered with plastic wrap, 2 to 2 1/4 minutes.
Let STAND, covered, 2 minutes before serving.
