Antipasto Tray

Ingredients
  Canned solid pack tuna 7 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Mayonnaise 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
  Capers 1 Tablespoon, drained
  Thinly sliced salami 2 Ounce
  Thinly sliced boiled ham/Thinly sliced boiled prosciutto 2 Ounce
  Rolled anchovies 2 Ounce, drained (1 Can, 2 Ounce)
  Mild pickled peppers 1 Tablespoon
  Pimiento stuffed olives 2 Ounce
  Ripe olives 1 1⁄2 Ounce
Directions

Place tuna in center of large serving tray.
Stir together mayonnaise and lemon juice; dollop over tuna.
Top with capers.
In spoke-fashion around tuna, arrange salami, ham, anchovies, peppers, and olives.
