|Canned solid pack tuna||7 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Mayonnaise||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1 Teaspoon|
|Capers||1 Tablespoon, drained|
|Thinly sliced salami||2 Ounce|
|Thinly sliced boiled ham/Thinly sliced boiled prosciutto||2 Ounce|
|Rolled anchovies||2 Ounce, drained (1 Can, 2 Ounce)|
|Mild pickled peppers||1 Tablespoon|
|Pimiento stuffed olives||2 Ounce|
|Ripe olives||1 1⁄2 Ounce|
Place tuna in center of large serving tray.
Stir together mayonnaise and lemon juice; dollop over tuna.
Top with capers.
In spoke-fashion around tuna, arrange salami, ham, anchovies, peppers, and olives.
