Bruschetta with Basil
|Italian bread slice||1 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Slices, 3/4 Ounce Each)|
|Olive oil||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Nonfat cream cheese product||1 Tablespoon|
|Goat cheese||1⁄2 Ounce|
|Grated parmesan cheese||2 Teaspoon|
|Roasted red peppers in water||7 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Fresh basil sprig||2 Small|
1. Place bread slices on an ungreased baking sheet; brush evenly with olive oil. Bake at 450° for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
2. Combine cream cheese, goat cheese, and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl; stir well. Spread over bread slices.
3. Cut 1 piece of red pepper into 6 julienne strips. Reserve remaining red pepper for another use. Arrange 3 pepper strips over each bread slice; top each slice with a basil sprig.
