Bruschetta with Basil

Ingredients
  Italian bread slice 1 1⁄2 Ounce (2 Slices, 3/4 Ounce Each)
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Nonfat cream cheese product 1 Tablespoon
  Goat cheese 1⁄2 Ounce
  Grated parmesan cheese 2 Teaspoon
  Roasted red peppers in water 7 Ounce (1 Jar)
  Fresh basil sprig 2 Small
Directions

1. Place bread slices on an ungreased baking sheet; brush evenly with olive oil. Bake at 450° for 5 minutes or until lightly browned.
2. Combine cream cheese, goat cheese, and Parmesan cheese in a small bowl; stir well. Spread over bread slices.
3. Cut 1 piece of red pepper into 6 julienne strips. Reserve remaining red pepper for another use. Arrange 3 pepper strips over each bread slice; top each slice with a basil sprig.
