Italian Meat Balls

Ingredients
  Bread slice 4
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Eggs 2
  Ground beef 1 Pound
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Snipped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Crushed oregano 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
  Olive oil/Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Soak bread in 1/2 cup water 2 to 3 minutes.
Add eggs and mix well.
Combine with next 6 ingredients; mix well.
With wet hands, form into small balls (about 24).
Brown slowly, 20 to 25 minutes, in the hot oil.
Cook in sauce.
