Spaghetti Bolognese

Ingredients
  Spaghetti 8 Ounce
  Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
For bolognese sauce
  Butter 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Olive oil/2 ounce butter 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm), crushed
  Onion 1 , finely chopped
  Mushrooms 2 Ounce, finely chopped
  Carrot 1 , shredded
  Minced beef 6 Ounce
  Tomatoes/1 small can / tube tomato puree / 4 fresh tomatoes 1 Can (10 oz)
  Brown stock 1⁄2 Pint (If Using Canned Tomatoes Or 1/4 Pint And 4 Tablespoons If Using Tomato Puree Or Fresh Tomatoes)
Directions

Heat the butter and oil in a pan, then gently fry the crushed garlic, if used, onion, mushrooms and carrot for several minutes.
Add the meat and the rest of the ingredients, except the parsley, and simmer until the sauce has thickened.
Cook the spaghetti in boiling salted water.
Drain; stir parsley, if used, into the sauce and pour over the spaghetti.
Serve with grated Parmesan cheese.
