Ingredients
  Italian dressing 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Onion 1 Small, thinly sliced
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

In small bowl, mix all ingredients.
Pour over poultry, shrimp or less tender cuts of beef.
Cover dish or close bag.
Refrigerate for at least 8 hours.
