Ingredients
  Hot water 2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)
  Stew meat 1 Pound, cut into 1/2 inch squares
  Onion 1 Small
  Cracked pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Thinly sliced carrots 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned italian tomatoes 16 Ounce (1 Can)
  Uncooked spaghetti 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), broken into 1 inch pieces
  Zucchini 2 Cup (32 tbs), sliced into 1/4 inch pieces
  Canned kidney beans 16 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Shredded cabbage 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Combine all ingredients in a 3-quart casserole dish.
Cover.
MICROWAVE 10 MINUTES on HIGH.
Stir, cover.
MICROWAVE 40 MINUTES on '6'.
