Simple Italian Vegetable Salad

Ingredients
  Tomato 4 Medium, chop (vine-ripe)
  Red onion 1 Medium, chop
  Green onion 2 Medium, chop both white and green part
  Serrano chili 1 Medium, mince
  Cilantro 1 Bunch (100 gm), chopped finely
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm)
  Lime 1 Medium, squeeze
  Extra virgin olive oil 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Kosher salt 1 Teaspoon
Directions

MAKING
1. Take a mixing bowl, and combine tomato, red onion, green onion, Serrano chili, and garlic in it.
2. Sprinkle fresh cilantro, lime juice, olive oil and salt. Toss it well.
3. Allow it to rest in refrigerator for a couple of hours.

SERVING
4. Serve it chill with salad.
