Ingredients
  Veal steak 2 Pound (1/2 Inch Thick)
  Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Noodles italiano 10 Ounce (1 Package)
  Hot water 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Canned sliced mushrooms 3 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)
  Butter/Margarine 2 Tablespoon
  Hot water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

Cut veal into 4 serving-size pieces.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper; brown in hot oil.
Stir together tomato sauce mix from noodles Italiano, 3/4 cup water, and mushrooms; pour over meat.
Cover; simmer 45 min., or until meat is tender.
Cook and drain noodles as directed on package.
Stir in butter, cheese mix, and 1/4 cup water.
Arrange meat and noodles on platter.
Top with sauce.
