Cut veal into 4 serving-size pieces.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper; brown in hot oil.
Stir together tomato sauce mix from noodles Italiano, 3/4 cup water, and mushrooms; pour over meat.
Cover; simmer 45 min., or until meat is tender.
Cook and drain noodles as directed on package.
Stir in butter, cheese mix, and 1/4 cup water.
Arrange meat and noodles on platter.
Top with sauce.
