Homemade Macaroni Salad

A colorful combination of great tasting ingredients this classic macaroni salad is a must have this summer. The perfect for your barbecue, the salad is quick and so easy to make that even your kids can toss it.
Ingredients
  Elbow macaroni 8 Ounce, cooked to packaged directions
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Dijon mustard 1 Tablespoon
  Sugar 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Black pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon, grounded
  Celery 1 Cup (16 tbs), thinly sliced
  Green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Red pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped
  Red onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
Directions

MAKING
1. In a large bowl add in the macaroni, mayonnaise, vinegar, Dijon mustard, sugar, salt, black pepper, celery, green and red peppers and onions. Incorporate all the ingredients well.

SERVING
2. Serve Macaroni Salad with roasted vegetables and enjoy!
