Italian Green Salad

Ingredients
  Romaine head 1
  Leaf lettuce 1 Bunch (100 gm)
  Tomatoes 2 , cut into wedges
  Sliced celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Diced green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced radishes 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Sliced green onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Canned anchovy fillets 2 Ounce, drained and chopped (1 Can)
  Olive oil/Salad oil 3 Tablespoon
  Tarragon vinegar 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Whole basil 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Freshly ground black pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Tear romaine and leaf lettuce into bite-size pieces in salad bowl; arrange tomatoes, celery, green pepper, radishes, green onion, and anchovies over lettuce.
Combine olive oil, vinegar, parsley, salt, basil, and pepper in screw top jar; shake well.
Sprinkle over salad; toss lightly.
