Easy Veal Scallopini

Ingredients
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Veal cutlets/Round steak 1 1⁄2 Pound (6 Pieces)
  Butter/Margarine 1 Teaspoon
  Water 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Cooking sherry/Marsala 2 Tablespoon
  Beef bouillon cube/Chicken bouillon cube / 1 teaspoon instant bouillon 1
Directions

Combine flour, salt and pepper; mix well.
Coat cutlets with flour mixture.
Brown cutlets on both sides in butter in hot fry pan.
Add water, sherry and bouillon.
Simmer, covered, for 45 to 60 minutes until meat is tender.
