Classic Italian Sauce

Ingredients
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Olive oil/Cooking oil 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), minced
  Canned tomato sauce 30 Ounce (2 Cans, 5 Ounce Each)
  Canned tomato paste 12 Ounce (2 Cans, 6 Ounce Each)
  Burgundy/Beef broth / tomato juice 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Brown sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Worcestershire sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Oregano 1 Teaspoon
  Basil 1 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
Directions

In 3-qt casserole place onion, oil and garlic.
Microwave at High (10) 3 to 4 Minutes, stirring after 2 minutes, until onion is limp.
Add tomato sauce, tomato paste, wine, broth or juice, brown suagr, Worcestershire sauce, oregano, basil, salt and pepper.
Mix together well.
Cover.
Microwave at High (10) 12 to 14 Minutes, stirring after 6 minutes, until very hot.
