Pork Tenderloin Italian Style

Ingredients
  Tomatoes 3 Large, peeled and chopped
  Green peppers 2 Large, chopped
  Zucchinis 3 Large, chopped
  Onion 1 Large, chopped
  Pork tenderloin/Lean pork meat 1 1⁄2 Pound (750 Gram)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Chicken cubes 2
  Water 375 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cup)
  Uncooked rice 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Water 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1 Tablespoon
  Frozen peas package 1
Directions

1. Brown the pork and vegetables in some oil. Add the water in which at least 2 chicken cubes have been dissolved. Season to taste and simmer for at least 1 hour.
2. Add rice and sufficient liquid to twice cover the rice (about 1 1/2 cups (375 ml). Cook again over low heat for about 1 hour. Just before serving add cooked frozen peas and the juice of 1 lemon.
