Roman Holiday

Ingredients
  Penne 8 Ounce
  Olive oil 1 Tablespoon
  Fresh mushrooms 8 Ounce, trimmed and coarsely chopped (Such As Portobello)
  Mushroom and garlic pasta sauce 26 Ounce (1 Jar)
  Italian sausage 8 Ounce, cooked and crumbled
  Chopped flat leaf parsley 2 Tablespoon
  Grated romano cheese 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1. Cook penne according to package directions; drain.
2. Meanwhile, add olive oil to large skillet. Add mushrooms; cook over high heat until browned.
3. Reduce heat; stir in pasta sauce and cooked sausage. Cook 5 minutes.
4. Pour sauce over hot drained penne; sprinkle with parsley and cheese.
