|Fresh mushrooms||8 Ounce, trimmed and coarsely chopped (Such As Portobello)|
|Mushroom and garlic pasta sauce||26 Ounce (1 Jar)|
|Italian sausage||8 Ounce, cooked and crumbled|
|Chopped flat leaf parsley||2 Tablespoon|
|Grated romano cheese||2 Tablespoon|
1. Cook penne according to package directions; drain.
2. Meanwhile, add olive oil to large skillet. Add mushrooms; cook over high heat until browned.
3. Reduce heat; stir in pasta sauce and cooked sausage. Cook 5 minutes.
4. Pour sauce over hot drained penne; sprinkle with parsley and cheese.
