Italian Sausage and Grapes with Green Beans
|Mild italian sausage||1 Pound|
|Green beans||1 Pound, ends and strings removed|
|Thompson seedless grapes||1⁄2 Pound (1 1/2 Cups)|
Place sausage on one side of rack in wok over 1 1/2 to 2 inches boiling water.
Cover and steam for 10 minutes.
Place beans on other side of rack, sprinkle lightly with salt, cover, and continue steaming until beans are tender (about 10 minutes).
Transfer beans to a serving dish and cover to keep warm.
Remove sausage from wok and cut in 1/2-inch-thick slices.
Remove rack from wok, drain water, and return wok to medium-high heat.
When wok is hot, add butter.
When butter has melted, add sausage and stir-fry until lightly browned (about 3 minutes).
Add grapes and stir-fry until grapes are heated through (about 1 minute).
Pour meat and fruit over or alongside beans.
