Italian Meatball Dinner
|Ground beef||1 Pound|
|Egg||1 , slightly beaten|
|Seasoned dry bread crumbs||3 Tablespoon|
|Instant minced onion||2 Teaspoon|
|Shell pasta||4 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package, With Herb And Tomato Sauce Mix)|
|Hot water||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Dried parsley flakes||1 Teaspoon|
In medium mixing bowl, combine beef, egg, bread crumbs, onion and salt.
Shape into 12 meatballs, about 1 1/2 inches each.
Place meatballs in 2-quart casserole.
Microwave at High for 6 to 7 minutes, or until meatballs are firm and no longer pink.
Stir in remaining ingredients, except cheese and parsley.
Microwave at High for 13 to 15 minutes, or until pasta is; tender and sauce thickens, stirring once.
Sprinkle with cheese and parsley.
Microwave at 50% (Medium) for 1 to 2 minutes, or until cheese melts.
Let stand, covered, for 3 minutes.
