Tasty Eggplant Parmigiana

Ingredients
  Pared eggplant slices 2 Cup (32 tbs) (3/4 Inch Thick)
  Grated mozzarella cheese 1 1⁄2 Ounce
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄2 Ounce
  Tomato sauce 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (No Sugar Added)
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
  Garlic powder To Taste
Directions

Sprinkle eggplant with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
Place on baking sheet and broil 4 inches from source of heat for 8 minutes or until tender, turning once.
Combine cheeses.
In a 1-quart casserole layer 1/2 of the eggplant, 1/2 the sauce, and 1/2 the cheese.
Repeat layers.
Cover and bake at 350°F.
for about 15 minutes.
Remove cover and bake 15 minutes longer.
Divide evenly.
