Tomato and Basil Bruschetta
|Olive oil||4 Fluid Ounce (1/2 Cup /125 Milliliter)|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), crushed|
|French bread sticks||1 , sliced diagonally|
|Tomatoes||3 , finely chopped|
|Chopped fresh basil/Parsley||3 Tablespoon|
|Freshly ground black pepper||To Taste|
1. Combine oil and garlic. Brush bread slices liberally with oil mixture and place on an oiled baking tray. Rake for 10 minutes or until bread is golden. Set aside to cool.
2. Place tomatoes, basil or parsley and black pepper to taste in a bowl and mix to combine. Just prior to serving, top toasted bread slices with tomato mixture.
