|Red snapper fillets||16 Ounce (4 In Number, 4 Ounce Each)|
|Red white wine||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dried oregano||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Dried basil||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Garlic||4 Clove (20 gm), minced|
Place fish in an 11- x 7- x 1 1/2-inch baking dish.
Combine wine and next 6 ingredients, stirring well.
Pour wine mixture over fish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 25 minutes or until fish flakes easily when tested with a fork.Garnish as desired.
