Classic Bruschetta

Ingredients
  Ciabatta loaf 1 , cut in 1/2 inch slices
  Olive oil 2 Fluid Ounce (60 Milliliter)
  Sun dried tomato paste 2 1⁄2 Ounce (1/2 Cup Or 80 Grams)
  Bocconcini 6 Ounce, each ball shredded into 5 slices (180 Grams)
  Basil leaves 1 1⁄2 Ounce, shredded / whole (45 Gram Or 1/2 Cup)
Directions

1. Grill ciabatta slices on each side for 2-3 minutes.
2. Brush with olive oil, spread with sun-dried tomato paste, then top with bocconcini slices and shredded basil leaves, or whole leaves.
