Italian Mushroom Stuffed Peppers

This simple Italian stuffed peppers is a simple, fresh, great tasting meal idea. This recipe is easy to follow and ready in 20 minutes.
Ingredients
  Peppers 2 , slit in half and seeds scooped out (Any Color Of Your Choice)
  Oil 3 Tablespoon
  Chopped celery 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chopped onions 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Finely chopped mushrooms 1 Pound
  Garlic cloves 4 , chopped
  Breadcrumbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Grated parmesan cheese 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Ketchup 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Dried basil 2 Teaspoon (Or As Needed)
  Chopped black olives 2 Tablespoon
  Mozzarella cheese 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Directions

Place the sliced and deseeded peppers in a shallow baking dish.
Take a skillet and add the oil. Add the chopped celery and onions and sauté. Add the finely chopped mushrooms. Saute till mushrooms start to brown. Add the chopped garlic, breadcrumbs, grated parmesan and ketchup. Add the dried basil (can also add chopped black olives). Add half the mozaraella. Fill this mixture into the peppers. Cook for 15-18 minutes in the oven or till peppers are tender. Take out and sprinkle with the remaining mozaraella. Put back into the oven for 1-2 minutes. Enjoy!!
