Cacio Y Pepe (Pasta With Cheese And Pepper)

Ingredients
  Cooked spaghetti 2 Cup (32 tbs)
  Hot water 1 Cup (16 tbs) (Cooking liquid from pasta)
  Fresh ground pepper To Taste
  Unsalted butter 1 Tablespoon
  Pecorino cheese 3 Tablespoon
  Parmesan cheese 2 Tablespoon
Directions

GETTING READY:
1)Cook the spaghetti and set aside. Reserve the water for the recipe.

MAKING:
2)In a pan add ½ cup of pasta water and unsalted butter along with fresh ground black pepper to taste.
3)After the butter is melted add the cooked spaghetti and 2 tbsps of pecorino while gradually adding water if the spaghetti dries.
4)In a pan melt Parmesan cheese and place it over a bowl and let it cool so that the Parmesan takes the form of a bowl.

SERVING:
5)Serve spaghetti in the Parmesan bowl. Add 1 tbsp of pecorino on the spaghetti and serve hot.

TIP:
The pecorino cheese and black pepper can be added according to your taste.
