Linguine And Tomato Soup

Ingredients
  Olive oil 2 Tablespoon
  Chopped bacon 3 Ounce
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), crushed
  Chopped tomato 3 Ounce (90 Gram)
  Stock/Water 2 Pint (5 Cups Or 1.2 Liters)
  Linguine pasta 8 Ounce, broken (250 Gram)
  Ground black pepper 1
  Parmesan cheese 3 Ounce (90 Gram)
  Chopped basil/1/4 teaspoon dried basil 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Heat oil in a pan and cook bacon and garlic until golden brown.
Add tomato and stock, and bring to the boil.
Add linguine and cook for 15 minutes or until tender.
Season to taste, then stir in half the cheese and basil.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the soup.
