Quick And Easy Vitello Tonnato

Ingredients
  Canned tuna 5 Ounce, drained
  Canned anchovies 1 Ounce, drained
  Drained canned anchovies 1 Ounce
  Imitation mayonnaise 3 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 2 Teaspoon
  Capers 1 Teaspoon
  Celery seed 1 Dash
  Cooked veal 6 Ounce, sliced
  Ground pepper To Taste
  Lemon slices 2 (For Garnishing)
Directions

In bowl combine tuna, anchovies, mayonnaise, lemon juice, capers, and celery seed.
Finely mash or process in food processor.
Place veal in shallow container.
Spread tuna mixture over veal and refrigerate several hours or overnight.
Sprinkle with pepper.
Garnish top with slices of lemon.
Divide evenly.
