Wheat Noodles & Pesto Sauce
|Chopped fresh parsley||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Fresh basil leaves||12|
|Chopped walnuts||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Olive oil||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Flat whole wheat noodle/Uncooked flat whole wheat spaghetti||8 Ounce, uncooked|
Puree first 5 ingredients in a blender or food processor to form a coarse paste. Season with salt.
Cook noodles or spaghetti according to package instructions. Drain.
Toss hot pasta with sauce and serve.
