Italian Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
  Onions 3 , chopped
  Garlic 4 Clove (20 gm), minced
  Olive oil 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ground beef 4 Pound
  Salt 1 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Oregano 2 Teaspoon
  Bay leaves 2
  Chopped tomatoes 2 Quart
  Tomato sauce 1 Quart
Directions

Cook the onions and garlic in the hot oil in a skillet until golden.
Add the ground beef and seasonings and brown lightly.
Ground beef may have to be cooked in portions to brown evenly.
Transfer to a large kettle, if necessary and add the remaining ingredients.
Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.
Remove and discard the bay leaves.
Pour immediately into hot sterilized jars and place the lids and rings on the jars.
Process pints for 1 hour and quarts for 1 hour and 15 minutes at 10 pounds pressure.
