Chicken Italian Style Cacciatore
|Skinless boneless chicken breast||2 Pound|
|Green pepper||1 Medium, seeded and cut into strips|
|Sliced onion||2 Ounce|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), minced|
|Tomato puree||1 1⁄2 Cup (24 tbs)|
Brown chicken in a large preheated nonstick skillet.
Add green peppers, onion, and garlic; cook 4 minutes.
Add remaining ingredients; cover and simmer, stirring occasionally, for 40 minutes or until done.
