|Marinated cut artichoke heart/Mushrooms / both||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Sliced mozzarella cheese||3 Ounce|
|Thin red onion slices||3|
|Tomato||1 , sliced|
Make a canoe out of the roll by slicing off a lid about 1/2 inch from the top. Scoop out the soft bread from the large portion, leaving about 1/2 inch on all sides. (Inner bread can be saved for bread crumbs.)
Layer ingredients into bread shell in order given. Drizzle a little of the artichoke or mushroom marinade over tomato. Top with the bread lid.
