|Lemon juice||3 Tablespoon|

Slice bologna 1/2 inch thick; cut slices into sticks 3/4 inch wide.
In skillet, combine preserves with enough lemon juice, about 1 teaspoon, to make glaze; add ginger.
Add bologna, turning to coat with glaze.
