Bologna Sticks

Ingredients
  Bologna 1 Pound (1 Piece)
  Apricot preserves/Marmalade 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄8 Teaspoon
Directions

Slice bologna 1/2 inch thick; cut slices into sticks 3/4 inch wide.
In skillet, combine preserves with enough lemon juice, about 1 teaspoon, to make glaze; add ginger.
Add bologna, turning to coat with glaze.
Cook over low heat until heated through
