|Bologna slices||4 Large (Thin)|
|Sharp process american cheese slices||4 , cut into strips|
|Sharp processed american cheese slices||4 , cut into strips|
|Hamburger buns||4 , split and toasted|
Shape the beef into 4 patties the size of the bologna slices.
Place over low coals on grill and cook to desired degree of doneness, turning once.
Sprinkle with salt and pepper.
Slip each patty onto a slice of bologna.
Grill till bologna is lightly browned and edges cup around patty.
Form lattice on patties with cheese strips.
Spread bottom halves of buns with mustard, then add the patties and cover with bun tops.
