Italian Dressed Zucchini
|Zucchini||1 1⁄2 Pound (6 Small Size)|
|Italian dressing||2 Tablespoon|
|Italian herb seasoning||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1 Tablespoon|
1. Prepare zucchini except cut crosswise into halves; cut each half lengthwise into fourths. Place zucchini in 1 1/2-quart casserole. Sprinkle with dressing and herb seasoning.
2. Cover tightly and microwave on high 6 to 8 minutes, stirring after 3 minutes, until crisp-tender. Sprinkle with cheese.
