Italian Style Yogurt Cheese Spread
|Sun dried tomato halves||8 , finely chopped|
|Freshly ground white pepper||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Chopped fresh basil leaves||3 Tablespoon|
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), minced|
Mix all ingredients with Yogurt Cheese and refrigerate for at least 1 hour to blend flavors.
Serve at room temperature as a spread on hot, toasted Italian bread, bread sticks, or plain focaccia bread.
