Polenta With Blueberries In Syrup
|Instant polenta||3⁄4 Ounce (Quick Cooking Yellow Cornmeal)|
|Blueberries||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Low calorie pancake syrup||1 Tablespoon (30 Calories Per Fluid Ounce)|
1. In medium microwavable bowl microwave 3/4 cup water on High (100%) for 3 minutes, until boiling. Stir in polenta and microwave on High for 1 minute, stirring halfway through cooking.
2. In small microwavable mixing bowl combine blueberries and syrup. Microwave on Medium (50%) for 1 minute, until hot.
3. Serve polenta topped with blueberry mixture.
