|Mascarpone cheese||2 Pound (2 Lbs. Cream Cheese Combined With 1 C. Whipped Cream)|

|Instant coffee||6 Teaspoon|
|Kahlua||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Baked sponge cake||1|
|Chocolate powder||50 Gram|
|Whipped cream||1 Tablespoon|
|Cherries||1 Tablespoon (For Garnishing)|
Beat together sugar, wine and egg yolks in a bowl over boiling water for about 5-6 minutes. Remove from heat and cool slightly and then whisk in mascarpone.
Combine water with coffee and Kahlua. Place one half of sponge cake (single layer) around bowl bottom and sides.pour half Kahlua mixture.Pour half mascarpone mix in bowl too. Cover with sponge cake and drizzle with Kahlua mixture. Pour remaining mascarpone in bowl. Sprinkle with grated chocolate powder & garnish with whipped cream & cherry on top.
Chill over night or atleast for 8 hours.
