Italian Herbed Dip
|Thawed frozen egg substitute||2 Tablespoon|
|Balsamic vinegar/Red wine vinegar||1 Teaspoon|
|Garlic clove||1 Small|
|Olive oil||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Finely chopped scallions||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (Green Onions)|
|Finely chopped fresh basil||1 Tablespoon|
|Oregano leaves||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
1. In blender combine first 3 ingredients and process until combined. With motor running, gradually add oil in a steady stream until mixture thickens.
2. Transfer mixture to bowl; stir in remaining ingredients. Cover and refrigerate until chilled, at least 15 minutes.
