Grilled Italian Sausages
|Garlic||2 Clove (10 gm), smashed and finely chopped|
|Teriyaki sauce||2 Tablespoon|
|Olive oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Spicy italian sausages||4 Large|
|Lemon||1 , juiced|
|Hot pepper sauce||2 Drop (Few Drops)|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
Mix all ingredients, except sausages, together in small bowl.
Place sausages on platter and cover with marinade. Let stand 15 minutes. Turn sausages over 3 times during this time.
Preheat barbecue at medium.
Oil grill and add sausages. Cover and cook 5 minutes on each side.
Serve with zucchini and grilled corn on the cob.
